Self-organized artistic activity, network of artists, Border Disorder has arisen in Belgrade, formed by the art students of the art academies from Nordic and Balkan region, after SPEAK UP workshop at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade in 2003. Presents a self-organized model, bottom-up type of artistic actions and project developments, within international network of artists. Artistic projects of different subjects reflect contemporary time circumstances through years in various cities.
